How to register: Registration forms

Reduced membership fees if you register before April 13, 2012

To register by 6 pm April 13th 2012

- Fill out the following forms:

- One form per street address

- Please see Membership fees

- Registration for Courses (Registration form for courses) (pdf)

 - Registration for leagues (Registration form for leagues) (pdf)

  - For fees please see: Leagues

- Submit completed forms to us:

-  By post with check made out to Club de tennis Wychwood, to the following address: Club de tennis Wychwood, 181 rue Principale, C.P. 76081, Gatineau, Qc J9H 6A6 (do not send cash).

- Date check to no later than 13 April 2012. You may write a single check for combined membership, course and league registration fees.

- Make sure that we get your check before 6 pm 13 April 2012.

- Distribution of membership tokens will take place on 21 and 22 April, 2012 between 10 am and 2 pm at Wychwood Site (39 Lake St.).

After 6 pm 13 April 2012:

-  You may register in person at Wychwood, 21 or 22 April, 2012 between 10 am and 2 pm, at 39 Lake St (Wychwood Site), when we distribute the membership tokens.

- After these dates you may register for membership in the evening or on weekends at Wychwood when a court attendant is present. To save time, you can access the form on line, fill it out, print it and bring it to the club.

- Registration for courses at this time is subject to availability (confirm availability by e-mail at info@tenniswychwood.com). When you have received confirmation that a place is available, please bring your payment to the club as soon as possible. Your registration will not be official until we receive your payment. 

- Registration for leagues at this time is subject to availability (confirm availability by e-mail at info@tenniswychwood.com).
